4. Booking & Payment Terms

Appointments may be scheduled through Calendly or direct communication.

Payment terms (session packages, rates, cancellation policies, etc.) will be communicated prior to service.

Failure to pay for services as agreed may result in:

  • Cancellation of future sessions

  • Suspension of services

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Clients are expected to provide reasonable notice if canceling or rescheduling a session.

Specific cancellation timeframes (e.g., 24-hour notice) may apply and will be communicated directly.

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in:

  • Loss of session

  • Cancellation fee

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of coaching and training services:

  • Completed sessions are non-refundable

  • Packages may be subject to specific refund terms outlined at purchase

If a dispute arises, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve it fairly.
